Thad Morrow is an American chef and restaurateur best known for bacaro, the Italian-inspired wine bar and restaurant he led in Champaign, Illinois. After bacaro, he joined Blue Apron as their wine director and contributed to national recipe development and culinary operations. Morrow is currently the owner of Ladro Enoteca a wine bar/bottle shop and Ladro Zero a zero proof and alternative beverage retail shop. Both are located in Champaign, Illinois.
