AMY SMART, a Los Angeles native, began her career in television movies. Her feature film debut came in Stephen Kay’s The Last Time I Committed Suicide, which was screened at the 1997 Sundance Film Festival alongside Keanu Reeves. Despite being relatively new to the film scene, SMART gained recognition for her supporting roles in the hit teen films Varsity Blues and Outside Providence. Her most recent role was as Barbara in Stargirl for DC Universe, alongside Brec Bassinger and Luke Wilson.
