At Reflect Bistro located inside Cambria Hotel & Suites, it is our culinary passion to serve the Michigan farmers and brewers seasonal bounty as the forefront of our eclectic food and beverage menus. Our team of farmers and small talented companies has provided us with the freshest breads, eggs, butter, vegetables, protein, beer, and even wine. Our goal is to create the most unique and creative offerings, utilizing as much philosophy of farm to table usage on the menus as possible. Since Michigan cannot produce all of our favorites, we pledge to source from sustainable respected suppliers.
