We specialize in world-class, age worthy, dry red wines. Taking advantage of coastal Michigan's climate to produce classic old world styles, we have garnered dozens of major international awards over the last few years. In addition to our red wines, we are always experimenting with hard to find wine styles such as Orange Wine (skin fermented whites), Method Ancestral Sparkling Wine, and Meads.
Nathaniel started production in 2010, while simultaneously operating as winemaker for half a dozen other Northern Michigan wineries through the decade. In the beginning of 2018, he purchased this location and released the wines. We are Michigan's only beachfront producing winery, located just 2.4 miles north of downtown Suttons Bay on M-22.
