Enjoy direct access to the TART Trail which crosses Acme Creek and through the KOTI property. The TART provides non-motorized access (bike/walk/cross country ski/etc.) to downtown Traverse City and beyond to the Village of Sutton’s Bay.

We had a great stay in cabin 12. It is the perfect set up for a family of two teenage boys. Location is great. Quiet and peaceful back deck to enjoy nature. Had all the amenities we needed and located just outside downtown TC making it perfect for us to get to everything we wanted to do. Owner was great and accessible if we needed anything. Beautiful and immaculate vacation rentals that fit in with the surrounding beauty! Love the setup and clean clutter free feel.
