- Space Notes As the area’s largest full service resort, the 600-room Grand Traverse Resort and Spa offers 86,500 square feet of meeting space for groups of up to 2,500. Governors’ Hall offers over 19,000 square feet of function space with 20-foot ceilings and a state-of-the-art audio visual experience. The resort’s flexible meeting and event facilities can be divided into 36 separate meeting rooms of varying sizes. The Resort’s indoor tennis courts are available for use as two separate exhibition halls totaling 30,000 square feet. Also featured are two special-purpose meeting rooms on the lobby level of its 17-story Tower offering unique and indigenous event opportunities. Other on-site amenities include three championship golf courses, a full-service spa, three full-service restaurants, including fine dining on the 16th Floor of the Resort Tower, a Marketplace Deli, multiple lounge/social destinations, and an impressive gallery of shops.
