About
Join us for an evening of art, wine and community as local artist Kristy Kurjan returns to Chateau Grand Traverse for a special painting experience benefiting the Old Mission Peninsula School fifth-grade class and their year-end trip to Mackinac Island.
Inspired by Kristy’s popular Art After Hours events at the winery, Paint the Peninsula: Art for the Island is a relaxed, social and approachable evening for artists of every ability. Kristy will guide guests step-by-step through the featured painting, with all materials provided and no experience necessary.
Your painting experience includes a complimentary glass of Chateau Grand Traverse wine from our event selection for guests 21+. Additional wine, non-alcoholic beverages and selections from our Small Bites menu will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
While designed with an adult evening out in mind, the event is family-friendly and young artists are welcome to participate.
100% of ticket proceeds will benefit the Old Mission Peninsula School fifth-grade Mackinac Island trip.
