Join us to support Benzie native and learn about the importance of Amazonian conservation!
After Crystal Alton, Benzie native and Michigan State alumni, lost her long-term job in California, she read a book about an animal sanctuary in the Bolivian Amazon and decided to volunteer there.
While volunteering, Crystal met and fell in love with film director, Raul Torres. Since then, the pair has dedicated their time to fundraising and raising awareness for the animal sanctuary. Produced by Alton and directed by Torres, Tribu is a documentary about the rehabilitation and return to the wild process of a group of Howler Monkeys in the Bolivian Amazon. Both will be on site for an exclusive Q&A!
