Corks Over Camo at Chateau Grand Traverse
Opening weekend of deer season has its traditions. We have ours.
Corks Over Camo returns to Chateau Grand Traverse for a warm, lively afternoon of exceptional food, estate-grown wine, and time well spent with friends. While the woods fill with blaze orange, we're filling the tasting room with a few favorite fall colors of our own.
This years’ experience features a four-course prix fixe menu, with each course thoughtfully paired with a Chateau Grand Traverse wine. Enjoy Roasted Beet Salad with apples, goat cheese and rosé vinaigrette; Creamy Tomato Soup with a mini grilled cheese; classic Beef Bourguignonne; and Bananas Foster Cheesecake to finish.
Tickets are $45 per person and include all four courses, four wine pairings, and a complimentary Corks Over Camo T-shirt, because every good fall tradition deserves a shirt.
No reservation time is necessary. Purchase your ticket in advance, then join us anytime during regular tasting room hours.
