Parking
Whatever your downtown destination, a parking space is conveniently available. Two and ten hour metered spaces along the streets and in designated lots make visiting the downtown and waterfront areas hassle free. The metered spaces are integrated with ParkMobile, an easy and convenient automated parking system that allows visitors to pay for their parking via mobile app on their smart phones, the internet, or a toll free number. Parking meters will also continue to accept coin change. (Local tip: Many of these meters offer 30 minutes FREE for quick trips! Just push the button on the meter once.)
If you don't want to think about time on a meter, make the Larry C. Hardy or Old Town Parking Deck your parking destination. These facilities offer the most affordable parking rates in town - charging even less than the meter! Weekdays after 6 p.m. and all day on the weekends there is no fee from November 15 - January 15 in the Hardy Deck. Free parking year-round is also available at the Old Town Deck, Monday through Saturday after 6 p.m. and all day on Sunday on the first floor.
For detailed information on parking in Traverse City, please visit the Downtown Traverse City website.
