    Cooked in a copper kettle to exact temperatures, our fudge is poured out on beautiful marble tables and cooled. It is then worked with Paul Bunyan sized tools, loaved, and sliced, served fresh from the kettle to you. Doug Murdick's Fudge originated in 1964 in Traverse City and has been owned and operated by Doug Murdick and family.
