Event Details:
Ever wanted to let loose and break stuff—without the cleanup? Now’s your chance! Evergreen Community Group is heading to Mi Smash Therapy, where you can shatter stress, demolish frustration, and have a blast in a rage room designed for cathartic release and pure fun.

Suit up, grab a bat, and get ready to swing! We'll have snacks and company as you wait for your turn in the rage room! We will also be taking song requests for the music that will be playing.

What to Expect:
(1) A fully equipped smash room stocked with glass, ceramics, and electronics (2) Protective gear provided, such as coveralls, gloves, and face shields (3) A fun and safe space to let it all out (4) A chill waiting spot with snacks and zero proof drinks

Bring Your Own Smashables!

Want to add a personal touch to your smashing experience?

You’re welcome to bring:
*Up to 10 clean glass items (bottles, jars, dishes, etc.)
*Glassware: Wine bottles, beer bottles, cups, dishes, vases, mirrors
*Ceramics & Porcelain: Mugs, figurines, plates, bowls

Items NOT allowed: TVs, large furniture, lithium batteries, paint, hazardous materials, or food items.

All outside smashables must be approved by MiST staff upon check-in.
