Bed & Breakfast Policies

Fridays & Saturdays are booked together year-round. These weekend nights cannot be split.

All reservations require at least a $25.00 non-refundable deposit. The full balance is due 8 days prior to your check-in date. All retail items and packages will be charged at the time of booking. All changes or cancellations must be made at least 8 days prior to your arrival date. Any change of payment method or gift card must be called in prior to the 8 day policy of charges. Any changed reservation will incur a $10.00 change fee. Any change of payment done after the final billing will incur a 2% fee per transaction. For cancellations that are made in accordance with our 8 day policy the non-refundable deposit will serve as the penalty. Changes or cancellations made within the 8 day window will incur a minimum charge equal to the value of one night’s stay.

Guests interested staying at our B&B during major holidays, i.e. Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and eves of holidays, should be advised that during these stays the kitchen is closed and housekeeping is not available.

Check-in time is from 3pm-5pm, please phone if later. Check-out is by 11am.

The Chateau’s interior is smoke-free. Sorry, no pets.
