We are located on the 1000 acre Lake Dubonnet, a wild life habitat, and we are nestled in the Pere Marquette State Forest. Loons, bald eagles, cranes, beaver, deer, and more are our neighbors. The area is listed as a bird watching hot spot and the lake is known for great fishing! Your catch of the day can include Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Smallmouth Bass, Pan fish, and Yellow Perch. Want to get out and take in the sights and sounds of the area? We are only 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City, 35 minutes to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, and 25 minutes to vineyards and microbreweries. Shopping, dining, and sightseeing are only miles away. In the winter, you can cross country ski, snowshoe, or snowmobile right out your suite door!
