    Rejuvenate body and mind during a yoga-focused weekend retreat at our beautiful, boutique bed and breakfast.

    Your Yogi for each retreat is Cristin Hosmer, RYT 200. “As a long-time practitioner of yoga, on my mat is where I find the most fulfillment. I enjoy searching for new ways to share the traditions of yoga with others. I love to incorporate what I have learned about my own strength, flexibility, and fearlessness into dynamic and fun yoga classes. During the Yoga Retreat, I plan to combine creativity and playfulness with thought-provoking meditations in a variety of classes, focused on rejuvenation and renewal. My hope is that you will walk away from this dreamy yoga retreat at Chateau Chantal feeling refreshed, nourished, and balanced.”



    • 3 pm: Check in
    • 5:45 pm: Gentle Yoga and Welcome Reception
    • 7:30 pm: Enjoy dinner on your own at one of our incredible local restaurants


    • 7 am: Sunrise Vinyasa Flow
    • 8:30 am: Breakfast prepared by Chef de Cuisine Chris Mushall
    • 10 am to 3 pm: Explore Traverse City and Old Mission Peninsula on your own or allow us to recommend some of our favorite places. Schedule a massage, go out to lunch, visit the hiking trails, or relax with a glass of your favorite Chateau Chantal wine.
    • 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm: Yoga Nidra, Winter Inspired Flow, and Asana Workshop
    • 6 pm: Wine-paired dinner with your host and chef. Enjoy a delicious and nourishing, five-course wine and food-paired dinner, featuring a one-of-a-kind menu. Includes a tour of the vineyard and cellar.


    • 8 am: Rise and Shine Morning Restorative Yoga and Meditation
    • 9:15 am: Breakfast
    • 11 am: Check out

    *Depending on the time of year and weather, some of the yoga sessions take place in the vines!

    Cost per person to participate in the retreat is $300.  B&B stay required- room costs range from $250 to $700, plus 11% tax, depending on which room is reserved.  Rooms sleep from two and four guests.
