Course 1: Walleye ceviche with curry, radish, red pepper, roasted butternut squash paired with 2019 OV Chardonnay.
Course 2: Roasted eggplant with mushroom conserva, mole, crisp chick peas paired with 2021 Rosé.
Course 3: Coriander seared ahi tuna with sweet potato puree, jalapeno cucumber lentil salad, cilantro ginger salsa verde
paired with 2021 Pinot Noir.
Course 4: Cinnamon churros and red chili chocolate ganache paired with 2020 Sparkling Rosé.
