    Join us in this celebration wine dinner evening keyed around our new wines from the 2017 and 2018 vintages featuring our new partners in food – Grand River Company with Chef Justin Dalenberg.

    Brengman Brothers and the team at Forty Pearl welcome you to enjoy this seven-course tasting menu, showcasing Michigan’s seasonal bounties from forests, fields, and freshwaters:

    • Chelsea Gem Oyster, pear mignonette, seabans, whitefish ceviche, citrus, fresno, cilantro, and tortilla; wine pairing: Sauvignon Blanc
    • Salmon caviar, potatoblini, creme fraiche, meyer lemon, and chive; wine pairing: Dagudscht
    • Lamb tartare, labneh, harissa, fry bread, sumac, and zest; wine pairing: Pinot Noir
    • Golden beets, endive, goat cheese, herb crumbs, and chamomile vinaigrette; wine pairing: Barrel Aged Chardonnay
    • Chicken liver pate, duck fat mousse, golden raisin mostarda, pickled beech, and crostini; wine pairing: Right Bank
    • Pork belly, polenta, morels, fava, and ramp gremolata; wine pairing: Left Bank
