    Enjoy a three-course Wine & Food Pairing at Bonobo Winery every week on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in March and April. Reservations are for one hour.

    March menu:

    • First course: Citrus scallop ceviche with warm tortillas, paired with 2019 Blanc de Blancs
    • Second course: Carolina glazed pork belly with napa slaw, paired with 2019 Pinot Noir
    • Third course: Margarita sorbet with almond tuile, paired with 2019 Riesling
