    Love deserves to be savored. Join us at Chateau Chantal for a Valentine’s Wine Dinner — an evening of romance, fine wine, and exquisite flavors curated by Executive Chef Randy Minish. Enjoy artfully paired courses, candle lit ambiance, and the kind of magic that only comes from good wine and great company.

    Pear and Hazelnut Salad

    Mixed greens, shaved fennel, honey tarragon vinaigrette

    Paired with Freezling

     

    Winter Vegetable Bouillon

    Roasted beets, farro, bok choy, carrot, spinach, herbs

    Paired with Naughty Red

     

    Tagliatelle Pasta

    Roasted red pepper sauce, roasted tomato, goat gouda, fustini’s basil crush olive oil

    Paired with Proprietor’s Reserve Cabernet Franc

     

    Intermezzo

    Strawberry and Rose water Sorbet, Celebrate

     

    Beef Tenderloin

    Garlic butter poached shrimp, parsnip puree, sauteed broccolini, pea shoots

    Paired with Tango

     

    Éclair

    Dark chocolate Éclair, cherry ganache, Almond crunch topping cerise macerated cherry

    If you would like to be seated with another party, be sure to include the last name of the other party in your order notes.  Due to the size of our facility, maximum table capacity is 8.  If your group is larger than 8, separate tables will be used.

    Due to the nature of this dinner substitutions will not be available on the day of the event. If you or anyone in your group has any food allergies or dietary restrictions (gluten free or vegetarian), please email/text at least 24-hours before the event. We offer a non-alcoholic sparking grape juice, coffee or water as a substitute for wine, price remains the same.
