    Elevate your celebration this year with our annual Valentine's Wine Dinner.  Each course is prepared in-house by our talented Executive Chef, Christopher Mushall, and expertly paired with delicious Chateau Chantal wine.

    Morel, Bacon, and Leek Fondue Baked Oyster
    Fresh Oysters stuffed with smoked bacon, morel mushrooms, melted leeks, and an Emmantahler Fondue
    Paired with Tonight Brut Bubbly

    Chateau Salad
    Organic mixed greens, Idyll Farms goat cheese, Fennel Pollen, Dried Cherries, and Candied Walnuts tossed with our Semi-Dry Riesling Vinaigrette
    Paired with Semi-Dry Riesling

    Coastal Flounder
    Tortilla-crusted Flounder over Carolina Gold rice with andouille sausage, black beans, and aromatic vegetables topped with roasted tomatillo and hatch green chili broth

    Michigan Craft Beef filet mignon and roasted lobster tail, red wine demi-glace, roasted vegetable medley, and smoked gouda potato puree
