Join us in our Barrel Room this February to master the art of cookie decorating taught by the talented Noelle! In this class participants will learn different techniques to achieve beautiful royal icing. The class includes a half dozen various Valentines designs and all the tools needed to decorate and take your creations home (similar to the photo).
The workshop is from 5:00 -7:00 pm in our Barrel Room located behind our Tasting Room.
Wine, hard cider, Northwoods sodas, and snacks will be available for purchase.
About Noelle:
Noelle is a retired military spouse from Traverse City who began her cookie decorating career while stationed overseas with her husband. She has now been decorating professionally for over 13 years, and teaching cookie decorating classes for 8 years. Noelle is the mother of two boys ages 4 and 3 months, and currently resides in Interlochen with her family, where she continues to bake and decorate recreationally, but still enjoys teaching classes as much as possible!
