This three-course dinner leans into bright flavors and comforting plates—five-spiced peaches and farm greens, your choice of braised Nordic-style goat shank or a hearty ‘Three Sisters’ vegetarian dish, and a decadent chocolate gâteau with pomegranate jelly.
