Sunrise Yoga in the Vines at Mari Vineyards on Old Mission Peninsula is the only way to start your weekend. Unwind in the fresh air as you gaze over Mari's pretty vineyards and sunrise water views. After your alfresco yoga class, enjoy a mimosa and/or Higher Grounds coffee while you soak in the rising sun. The views, the people, and the wines are sublime, creating a perfect northern Michigan memory.
$25 per person includes one hour of gentle yoga and post-class beverages. For all levels, including beginners. All equipment including yoga mat is provided; comfortable clothing and sunglasses recommended. All equipment is hygienic and provided for you. Check in at the winery 30 minutes prior to class. Class is appropriate for beginners. Location has dry facilities in case of inclement weather.
