    Celebrate the flavors and beauty of Northern Michigan summer with an unforgettable evening at Chateau Chantal. Our Summer Wine Dinner Series invites you to relax among the vines, enjoy sweeping bay views, and savor a thoughtfully crafted multi-course dinner by Executive Chef Randy Minish, perfectly paired with our estate wines.

    6:00pm - Outdoor Vineyard Tour or Indoor Cellar Tour (in our working wine cellar!)
    6:30pm - Dinner Seating

    $115 all-inclusive price. Includes 6 courses, wine, tax, and tip.

    Dates Offered: Begins June 17 and offered each Wednesday & Saturday in June.  In July & August, offered every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

    Paired with Late Harvest Chardonnay

     

    Summer Sun Velouté 

    Summer squash soup, curried sunflower seeds, Fustini’s Lemon olive oil, micro basil

    Paired with Proprietor’s Reserve Chardonnay

     

    Lake Superior Walleye

    Oven roasted walleye with sweet corn butter sauce, sugar snap pea and scallion salad, sumac dusted popped sorghum

    Paired with Pinot Gris

     

    Intermezzo

    Watermelon-lemon Italian Ice with Amour

     

    Porchetta 

    Herb brined boneless pork roast, mushroom ragu, stewed red pepper and tomatoes, grilled Swiss chard, black garlic salsa verde

    Paired with Proprietor’s Reserve Trio
