Join us for a premium culinary experience featuring three manned stations. Enjoy oysters on the main deck and hot and cold seafood appetizers on the upper deck, presented by Chefs Sarah Welch and Cameron Rolka of the newly launched restaurant, Umbo. Chef Sarah is a Top Chef finalist and multi-time James Beard nominee, while Chef Cameron brings international experience from 3-Michelin star establishments. Each station is perfectly paired with local wines curated by Kristy McClellan co-owner of Lake District Wine in Traverse City, a shop dedicated to small producers. Kristy also serves as Director of Sales at Left Foot Charley.
