Riverside Pairings with Local Wineries

Immerse yourself in an elegant five-course wine-pairing dinner with local wineries at NOBO Riverside. The night begins with a welcome toast — a sparkling moment to gather and savor what’s to come. Enjoy an intimate chef’s tasting menu, artfully composed of five courses that reflect the region’s finest ingredients. Each dish will be introduced by our Chef, sharing the inspiration and craft behind the plate, followed by insights from the Winemakers, who will guide you through the perfect pairings. Set against the natural beauty of the river, this is a culinary experience designed to delight the palate and celebrate community, craftsmanship, and connection.

Reception from 5 – 5:45; Dinner begins at 6. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening, featuring thoughtfully selected wines, craft cocktails, and local favorites.
