    • First Course: Baked Leelanau raclette cheese wrapped in puff pastry with apple butter and fruit; Paired with Tonight - Blanc de Blanc Brut Bubbly
    • Second Course: Arugula salad with melon, parmeggiano, reggiano, prosciutto, Marcona almonds, and lemon vinaigrette; Paired with Proprietor's Reserve Pinot Gris
    • Third Course: Pan-seared, bacon wrapped, jumbo sea scallops, with Pinot Noir mushroom broth and Brie; Paired with Proprietor's Reserve Pinot Noir
    • Fourth Course: Seared ostrich strip loin with caramelized onion demi glace, potato gratin, and broccolini; Paired with Proprietor's Reserve Trio
