  • About

    This prenatal yoga session is for all levels, it is designed to soothe the aches and pains which accompany pregnancy in a nurturing, supportive environment. Prepare for an empowered, and mindful birth, connecting with a community of other moms (to-be).
    Develop breath and body awareness for birthing. We focus on special breathing techniques, opening hips, building strength, stamina and stability.

    E-RYT 200, RPYT, YACEP,
    Birth & Postpartum Doula
    90 hour Prenatal yoga trained and certified with Mama Tree school of yoga, prenatal yoga teacher training of Yoga Tree, San Francisco, California.
    25 hour Postnatal yoga trained and certified with Toronto Yoga Mamas school of yoga, Toronto, Canada.
