    On Friday evening, May 3, we begin the St Vincent celebration with a wine dinner with guest Chef Joe Bologna. We call it a “consecration of the belly” that’ll be filled with a bounty from the chefs’ famous recipes. This is the premier wine dinner of the year where you can experience a rare library wine paired with an exceptional dish together with the main course paired with two half glasses - the Right Bank and Left Bank wines.

    Choice of Martini or Manhattan using our Truth In Dirt Gin and Rye Spirits or try a non-alcohol signature mocktail.

    Joe Bologna’s famous lump crab cake, topped with mango salsa and jalapeno aioli
