The traditional night before the Feast of St Vincent is when we celebrate with the Premier Wine Dinner with Chef Joe Bologna and his key support-mates.On Friday evening, May 2, we begin the St Vincent celebration with a wine dinner with guest Chef Joe Bologna. We call it a “consecration of the belly” that’ll be filled with a bounty from the chefs’ famous recipes. This is the premier wine dinner of the year where you can experience an exceptional food menu paired with the best award winning wines from the Brengman cellar.
Come join us for one of the best food and wine pairing events that Traverse City has to offer! This is the one time a year that we host our Joe Bologna dinner which unites expertly crafted food with 100% estate grown, world class wines in an environment that makes you feel like part of the family.
