    Postnatal Yoga/ Mom & Baby (pre-crawlers)

    -with Naomi Cole, Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga certified, Pelvic Floor Yoga certified, Birth Doula, and Postpartum Doula certified

    Moms and babies can make new and connect with the yoga with this postnatal yoga class. The class will focus on reconnecting, strengthening the pelvic floor, and abdominals, relieve achy neck and shoulders, plus restore your energy in a healing and nurturing environment. The baby will also be getting a gentle introduction to yoga while the mothers practice yoga. This class is accommodating as mothers are encouraged to nurse, change diapers and sooth babies in the room as necessary. Enjoy time to relax with other moms and babies and enjoy connecting in a warm, supportive environment.
