    ROJA Y VERDE: housemade red and green salsa served with corn tortilla chips

    AHUACA-MULLI: oaxacan guacamole served with corn tortilla chips

    QUESO BLANCO Y ROJO DIP: birria meat, white queso dip with serrano peppers, chipotle, morita, tomato, and cilantro served with corn tortilla chips

    CON TODO BASKET (with everything basket): full platter of all appetizers Including, rojo y verde salsa, ahuaca-mulli, and queso blanco y rojo dip (4 oz each)

    POLLO MOJADO NACHOS: el matador chips, 6 oz of slow stewed chicken in morita, sour crema, ahuaca-mulli, shredded lettuce, avocadotillo salsita, oaxacan mozzarella and cotija with diced onions

    wet style addition: 3 oz scoop of hot queso birria blanco to any entree

    TACOS QUESABIRRIA: roasted pork birria, oaxacan cheese, tortillas dipped in red sauce, served with red and green salsa and corn tortilla chips

    GRILLED POLLO MOJADO TACOS: slow stewed chicken morita, diced onions, cotija cheese, and cilantro served with corn tortilla chips (red or green salsa)

    QUESAPOLLO DITAS: 2 flour quesadillas with slow stewed chicken In morita, diced onions, cotija cheese, and cilantro served with corn tortilla chips (red or green salsa)

    TACOS BIRRIA: roasted pork birria, served with red and green salsa and corn tortilla chips

    QUESADILLA BIRRIA: roasted pork birria and oaxacan cheese, flour tortilla, corn tortilla chips, and all the fixings (red or green salsa)

    GRILLED CHICKEN AVOCADOTILLI RITO: slow stewed chicken In morita, fingerling potato, a scoop of ahuaca-mulli, avocadotillo salsita, shredded lettuce and onions with cilantro, layer of oaxacan mozzarella, and cotija cheese with corn tortilla chips (red or green salsa)
