    Naughty & Nice Wine Dinner

    Get ready for the Holidays with our delectable winter menu featuring our Naughty & Nice Wines.  Each course is prepared in-house by our talented Executive Chef, Randy Minish, and expertly paired with delicious Chateau Chantal wine.

    6:00pm - Vineyard Tour & Indoor Cellar Tour (in our working wine cellar!)
    6:30pm - Dinner Seating

     

    Welcome Toast

    Tonight 

    Soup - Celery Root Velouté

    Topped with crispy capers, dill crème fraiche, smoked salmon

    Paired with Naughty White

     

    Appetizer - House-made Thai Spiced Sausage

    Served over jasmine rice congee topped with pickled fennel,  thai basil, and greens

    Paired with Nice White

     

    Fish - Over Roasted Cod

    Served atop a bed of parsnip and cannellini bean ragu, red pepper sabayon, and herbs

    Paired with Naughty Red

     

    Entreé - Braised Lamb Lasagna

    Lamb ragu, creamed spinach, caramelized tomatoes, sautéed broccolini, olives

    Paired with Nice Red

     

    Dessert - House made Angel Food Cake

    with lychee mousse, coconut ginger Chantilly cream, macerated lychees, and almond tuile

    Paired with Select Harvest Gewurztraminer

     

    If you would like to be seated with another party, be sure to include the last name of the other party in your order notes.  Due to the size of our facility, maximum table capacity is 8.  If your group is larger than 8, separate tables will be used.

    Due to the nature of this dinner substitutions will not be available on the day of the event. If you or anyone in your group has any food allergies or dietary restrictions (gluten free or vegetarian), please email/text at least 24-hours before the event. We offer a non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice, coffee or water as a substitute for wine, price remains the same.
