    Treat mom to our Mother's Day 1960's-Style “Supper Club” dinner, paired with the wines and spirits of Chateau Chantal.

    You'll be transported back to the American Camelot of the 1960’s … Jack Kennedy, Frank Sinatra, Frankie and Annette, Roger Maris, Andy Warhol and Ray Lichtenstein. It was an era of big steaks and seafood and craft cocktails before they were called “craft."  Who can forget the “exotic” new desserts?  Step back in time to the “Supper Club” dinner, paired with the wines and spirits of Chateau Chantal.

    Here's the menu:

    Champagne Cocktail:  Sparkling wine, house-made bitters, Cinq au Sept brandy, sugar cube

    Relish Tray:  Red wine cheese spread, chicken liver pate’, cornichon, pickled baby carrots and cabbage, baked breadsticks and crackers, paired with Amour Rose or Vin Gris

    Chilled Shrimp Louie:  Poached white shrimp, Lakeview Hills Farms organic mixed greens, tossed with our tarragon vinaigrette, paired with Semi-Dry Riesling

    Baked Onion Soup Gratinee:  Caramelized onions, veal stock, Pinot Noir, and aromatic herbs with baked cheese and toasted crostini, paired with Reserve Pinot Noir

    Caesar Salad:  Crisp romaine lettuce, lemon, garlic, cracked black pepper, local eggs, and white anchovies, prepared tableside, paired with Pinot Blanc

    Limoncello Sorbet:  House-made Limoncello, spun with fresh rosemary

    Surf and Turf:  Herb-crusted Michigan Craft Beef filet mignon and broiled New England lobster tail with twice-baked potato and fresh broccolini, paired with Proprietor's Reserve Trio

    Grasshopper Pie:  Silky, creamy, frozen mousse pie with homemade Crème de Menthe in a chocolate wafer cookie crust, paired with dessert wine
