    Celebrate Mardi Gras with us at Chateau Chantal! Your evening begins with a cellar tour at 6:00 PM followed by a 6:30 PM dinner seating in our 2,000 square foot dining room. This wine dinner is limited to 36 guests, so there is ample room to spread out. Your ticket includes food, wine, tax, and tip - it's all inclusive! Laissez les bons temps rouler!

    Mardi Gras Wine Pairing Dinner Menu:

    • Baked Oysters Rockefeller: Local spinach, applewood bacon, panko breadcrumbs, gruyere and raclette cheeses, and fresh lemon; wine pairing: Tonight Dry Bubbly
    • Turtle Stew: Classic Creole stew with copper roux, slow simmered, turtle meat, aromatic vegetables, and rich cream finished with dry sac sherry; wine pairing: Proprietor's Reserve Riesling
    • Wilted Spinach Salad: Local baby spinach, julienne red onions, mandarin oranges, and avocado tossed in a warm bacon vinaigrette dressing served with a cornbread muffin; wine pairing: Malbec Reserve
    • Duck and Sausage Jambalaya: Slow simmered duck and andouille sausage with peppers, onions, and Creole spices over aromatic jasmine rice; wine pairing: Pinot Noir
    • Amour Sorbet Float
    • Bronzed Barramundi and Shrimp: Pan seared barramundi and Key West pink shrimp over pimento cheese grits, sauteed tri-colored peppers and onions, and green tabasco beurre blanc; wine pairing: Naughty Red
    • Bananas Flambe: Sliced bananas flambe with Cinq a Sept brandy, butter, and pralines over vanilla bean ice cream and crepes; wine pairing: Cinq a Sept
