Join us at the beautiful Cathedral Barn at the Grand Traverse Commons for an informative afternoon of wild foraged mushroom identification tips and samples. Aaron will instruct an approx 2.5 hr slide show presentation featuring the twenty wild foraged delicious mushrooms and sub-species you can often find at our local farmers market along with sometimes your own backyard and favorite hiking trail. Following the presentation, there will be an optional hunt along the trail systems located onsite. Dress accordingly and be prepared for some unique mushroom sampling prepared by Jill. Please note if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate. Any samples will be prepared vegetarian.
