Kamikaze Comedy at Right Brain Brewery

Kamikaze Comedy will be at Right Brain Brewery in the Brewhouse! Headlining from Grand Rapids for the evening is Peter Cender! Featuring Kamikaze's own B.J. Smith, and hosting for the night is another Kamikaze fav, Nick Stafford.

Pete's comedic stylings are equal parts observation and satire with a dash of ridiculous. His day jobs have ranged from professional athlete, to construction worker, to substitute teacher, providing plenty of inspiration while he travels throughout Michigan and Canada performing standup. Whether it's from joking about classic Americana such as the two-party system and football, or recounting the plain yet strange places comedy and sports have brought him, you'll be strapped in for a unique experience.

Coming to Traverse City by the way of Dallas and Seattle, B.J. Smith is a well traveled man with a story to tell. His distinctive persona—transformed from rebellious punk rocker to devoted father—combined with nostalgic escapades makes B.J. an explosive, unforgettable force on any comedy lineup. B.J. is a Kamikaze staple and a Traverse City favorite. He has been a part of the Traverse City Comedy Festival and has featured at the Traverse City Comedy Club.
