    Enjoy this hands-on cooking class in the kitchen at Bistro Polaris. Chef Korycki will share a few of his favorite culinary tips and tricks, discuss the local farms that Black Star Farms sources from, best seasonal ingredients, and of course talk a little about the wines as you prepare. Class is followed by a wine paired dinner - feasting on what the group learned how to prep - paired with premium Black Star Farms wines. Very limited tickets available.
