Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at how MAWBY sparkling wines come to life!
Your experience begins at our winemaking facility, where you'll take a guided, one-hour tour. Along the way, you'll sip on three wine samples while learning the ins and outs of sparkling wine production—from grape to glass. We'll explore the differences between Cuve Close Method and Méthode Champenoise, giving you a deeper appreciation for the bubbles in your glass.
After the tour, head over to our tasting room, where you'll put your new knowledge to the test! Choose three wines to create your own personalized flight and enjoy a relaxed tasting experience.
