Great Lakes Culinary Institute ~Culinary Student Showcase
The local culinary school has always been a wonderful resource for talented and eager kitchen and front of the house staff. Over the years dozens of students and graduates have worked long hours helping to produce a memorable culinary experience for our guests.
Boathouse Restaurant Owner Doug Kosch and Executive Chef Jim Morse have decided to let the winter crew (which happens to be all students and graduates of GLCI) put together a wine dinner with each choosing a course and coming up with their own dish composition.
The Boathouse will donate a percentage of the proceeds towards scholarships to assist new culinary students in the GLCI program. I hope you will join us for this fun event showcasing the Great Lakes Culinary Institute its current students and graduates. ~ Doug Kosch Proprietor
