This year's line-up is sure to entice: Barrel Aged Plumb Bob Our favorite Stout aged in Mammoth Distilling Rye Whiskey barrels for 7 months. Aromas of chocolate, whiskey and roast lead into a big mouthfeel, finishing with a light whiskey burn to remind you what you have. 9.5% ABV
Spokeshave Our Biere Blanche aged with local raspberries in Black Star Farms Merlot barrels for 18 months. A pink hue and pronounced raspberry aroma makes one think they’re about to drink a sweet beer. Spoiler alert! It’s bone dry, partially thanks to some help from the naturally occurring brettanomyces native to the fields of Black Star Farms. 6.5% ABV
Barrel Full of Monkeys Every year we set aside 100 gallons of our Belgian Dubbel to rest on bourbon barrels for 7 months, awaiting it’s return for the holiday season. Aromas of dried fruit and brown sugar pastries collide with the sweet presence of bourbon. Big bodied malt and oak character balance the slight heat imparted by Mammoth Distilling Bourbon barrels. 9% ABV
