Price: General Admission $35 tickets until November 10th $45 Day Of $15 kids ticket (non-alcoholic drink token and pancake) VIP Tickets Ticket includes 8 drink tokens, 1 hour early entry (12pm), Private Restrooms, Heated Barn, Bonfire and Exclusive Deck overlooking the festival. $75. Limited Tickets Available. **** Additional tokens are 2 for $6 in advance and $4 each on the day of the event.

Create TC and 4Front Credit Union are throwing a fall festival at Jacob’s Farm! Wear your flannel, drink delicious brews, wines, and cocktails paired with flapjacks! The Sixth annual Flapjack & Flannel Festival is November 11th 12-6pm.

Flapjack (Pancake) from Jacob’s Farm and Willis Ridge Farm that will pair well with a variety of fall focused beverages. Sweet, Savory, beer infused, the options are endless! Local maple syrup, yum!
