Corks and Forks is a signature food and wine weekend at Chateau Grand Traverse that invites visitors to experience Northern Michigan through wine, cuisine, and relaxed hospitality. Set on Old Mission Peninsula, the weekend blends guided winery experiences with a thoughtfully paced stay at the winery’s six-room Inn, creating a natural balance between exploration and downtime.
Guests enjoy a welcome reception with wine and light bites, The Art of Riesling winery tour and cellar tasting, and a five-course, plated dinner by Chef Keil served at the Inn. The experience brings together seasonal cuisine, expressive Michigan wines, and time to enjoy the region at an unhurried pace, with opportunities to explore Traverse City in between curated winery moments.
Designed as a shared weekend experience, Corks and Forks offers visitors a deeper connection to the place, people, and flavors that define the Traverse Wine Coast.
