    Learn, create, and taste your way through a memorable culinary experience at Chateau Chantal. Our interactive cooking classes guide you step-by-step through recipes, techniques, and tips from our in-house chef—perfect for both beginners and seasoned home cooks.

    All cooking classes are approximately four hours concluding with a sit-down meal where guests enjoy their delicious creations.

    Class begins at 12:30pm, please arrive 10 minutes before the class so we may check everyone in and get started on time. Consider bringing an apron and your favorite knife (we will have extras if needed).

    February 21 - Charcuterie ($85/pp)

    March 21 - Tuscany

    April 4 - Taste of Asia

    April 18 - Italian Sunday Feast

    May 2 - CSA Spring Harvest

    May 16 - Portugal 

     

    Due to the nature of these classes, we’re unable to offer allergy accommodations. However, Chef can discuss how recipes can be adapted for future preparation at home.

    Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: 15 days or before: 75% of total returned, 3-14 days before the class: guest is returned 50% of the total, 2-days or less – No refund
