Truffles, pasta, and sauces from the lush north of Italy will be featured. Join us as we explore Turino, Albany, and Orta de San Guilo. Learn to prepare Piedmontese dishes such as homemade pasta, risotto, Piedmontese meatballs, and minestra.February 18: Handmade Pasta

Is it Germany? Is it France? The grapes came from the Romans but the natives here have cultivated a unique cuisine. Explore Raclette, Pot au Feu, Braised Rabbit, Trout, and if locally available, morel mushrooms
