Spring in Italy is a very exciting time. The cherished white truffle emerges from this region as the chill begins to warm. Chef Chris Mushall will provide exquisite experiences on your food journey as he leads you to mushroom promise land cooking dishes like risotto three different ways and braised Piedmonte beef.
Cooking classes are a hands-on experience and last approximately four hours. Classes run from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM and include the enjoyment of your preparations, paired with our award-winning wines! Be sure to bring an apron & your favorite knife!
