    Enjoy a delicious multi-course dinner paired with your favorite Bonobo wines on the patio (weather permitting) with sunset views of West Bay and live local music. Each week we'll feature a different menu with different wines. Join us for all 5 weeks!

    Course 1: Coconut curry bean cake, kombucha marinated mango, avocado, marcona almond, cumin oil
    Paired with 2020 Riesling

    Course 2: Honeydew arugula salad, tarragon ricotta, grapefruit supreme, prosciutto, toasted sunflower seeds, coriander vinaigrette
    Paired with 2021 Fumé Blanc

    Course 3: Seared sea scallops, lentil salad stuffed poblano, cauliflower cream, pea shoots, crisp leeks
    Paired with 2019 OV Chardonnay

    Dessert: Suspiro de limena (Peruvian custard)
    Paired with 2020 Blanc de Blancs
