Reserve your spot for this limited, unique experience to taste barrels from three different vineyards. Each ticket includes two samples from each, one new barrel and one older barrel.
After tasting from the barrels, get ready to impress your palate with a Taste of Austria meal prepared by Chef Myles and Chef Elise of Trattoria Stella. Chef Myles was extremely excited to create this menu from inspirations from his travels to Austria.
Taste of Austria Menu:
Chicken cordon bleu
Austrian potato salad
Shaved kale and vinaigrette
Braised red cabbage
** Vegetarian option to replace chicken and pork: Mushroom stuffed potato dumplings
Each meal will be complemented with a half glass of 2013 Blaufrankisch and a half glass of 2018 Blaufrankisch Reserve.
