Join us at the Vega Pavilion for a memorable outdoor summer concert with Six Mile Strings. Wines by the glass and featured cocktails will be available. There will be limited seating, so we encourage you to bring chairs or blankets.

Come early and dine at Bistro Polaris. Reservations are strongly encouraged. Carry-out food will also be available during the show.

Six Mile Strings is a Detroit-based classical string quartet formed by four friends: Yuri Popowycz, Natalie Frakes, Alycia Wilder, and Tom Sullivan. Lauded as “the most fun string quartet in the world” by Interlochen Public Radio’s Kate Botello, 6MS strives to bring a wide variety of genres, styles, and compositions to listeners' ears. As well as being an advocate for contemporary classical music, 6MS can also be found on recordings of various genres, ranging from jazz to folk to Detroit Techno. Their mission as an ensemble is to continue breaking the boundaries for what string quartets do.
