Gain some culinary confidence while enjoying an afternoon of food, wine and great company. You are invited to share the passion and philosophy behind the critically-acclaimed culinary department at Black Star Farms, winner of the “Best Classic Wine Pairing” at the 2017 Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival. Come learn new recipes and kitchen techniques with a chef’s demonstration, then get into the action with hands-on instruction.

You'll learn how to make a classic meal incorporating Black Star's wines that will truly impress your family and friends: garden salad with sparkling wine vinaigrette, Beef Wellington and Brie mashed potatoes with red wine demi-glace and traditional cheesecake with a berry coulis featuring our Sirius Raspberry Dessert Wine.

The event will be held in Black Star's commercial kitchen and class size is limited to 12 people.
